Some people find their calling early. Others take the scenic route — and arrive somewhere far more interesting.

My journey began with a Fine Arts education and a deep love for the way beauty, form, and intention come together. That foundation led to over two decades running my own creative business, art directing and styling for advertising and publishing — work that sharpened my eye, my instincts, and my ability to tell a story through space, texture, and light.

But something kept pulling me further. I wanted to shape not just how things looked, but how they felt to live in. So I went back to school, studying architecture and interior design — and in doing so, found my true purpose.

Today, Kerrie Sherrell Interiors brings together everything I've built across a lifetime of creative work: the visual fluency of a trained artist, the precision of an architectural thinker, and the warmth of someone who genuinely loves making spaces feel like home.

Having worked across the UK and cities throughout the United States, I bring a broad international perspective to every project — now rooted right here in San Francisco. That range of experience informs not just my aesthetic, but my ability to adapt to the unique character of any space, any neighborhood, any life.

Sustainability isn't an afterthought in my work — it's woven into every decision. Wherever possible, I incorporate green building practices and environmentally conscious materials, because the most beautiful spaces should also be good for the world we live in.
